Bridging the communication gap - interview with Carol Brands

In this session of enjoyexams.com TV I got to interview communications and relations specialist Carol Brands. Carol shares her expert insight on how we can start to bridge the communication gap between teenagers and their parents. Highly recommended for both teenagers and parents! I really love Carol's approach to this as she can clearly see what's going on from both sides of the story, and she really says it how it is.

I'm going to be looking at communications and managing relations in future posts, because it can be a critical influence on exam performance. If you enter an exam the day after an unresolved argument with your parents or your partner, your performance will suffer. There's no question of that. So let's explore how to prevent this from happening - particularly during periods of pressure. Stay tuned!
