Getting your head out of the clouds

If you find yourself facing several important tasks at once, it's easy to find yourself within an endless cycle of consideration - thoughtful and fretful procrastination that leads nowhere.

It happens to many of us - you begin a task, but then after a few minutes you fret about that other neglected priority, so you move on to that. And so on.

Or, maybe you find yourself in daydream mode, calmly considering all possibilities and living out heaps of wonderful potential futures. In your head.

It's time to get those thoughts out of your head, and on to paper.
By writing out your thoughts, you are in a much better position to prioritise and take action.

We all need some time in the clouds, but if you want to really get stuff done, shift from consideration to deliberation
